Motion Designer for Cocao Mobile to create engaging creatives for mobile apps. Salary: $1400-$1700. Requires 1+ year of commercial motion design experience, preferably with mobile apps. Hiring from Russia is not available.

Cocao Mobile has been creating applications in the Health & Wellness, Entertainment, and Utilities niches for 10 years, attracting thousands of users worldwide. We are looking for a Motion Designer to create creatives that users will want to click on (and download the app). What you will do: • Create performance creatives for Meta, TikTok, etc. based on existing scenarios • Collaborate with marketing: test hypotheses and find what "sticks" • Analyze the market and competitors, extract best practices and adapt them • Immerse yourself in the product and improve your visual understanding of similar applications

What is important: • 1+ year of commercial experience in motion design (preferably mobile apps: Health, AI, utilities) • Ability to work with AI tools to speed up production • Understanding of rhythm, timing, and storytelling in video • Strong visual awareness: composition, color, animation • Independence and good time management
