Motion & Graphic Designer needed for DGTeam, a marketing agency in Dubai specializing in Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Ads for clinics, Spa, and dental practices in the UAE. Remote position with competitive salary based on skills and performance.

DGTeam is a marketing agency based in Dubai. Since 2020, we have been attracting clients for clinics, Spa, and dental practices in the UAE through Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Ads. We have completed over 100 projects with monthly budgets of $100,000. Responsibilities: • Advertising banners for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube) • Motion videos up to 60 seconds (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) • Video editing from source materials: overlays, before/after, effects • AI image and video generation, artifact correction • Visual solutions according to technical specifications - we provide the text, you provide the visuals

• Figma, Photoshop - static design • After Effects or equivalent - motion and animation • Premiere Pro / CapCut Pro / DaVinci - video editing • AI tools: Midjourney/Flux + Runway/Kling/Pika/Sora/Seedance • Ability to assemble video from AI fragments and correct artifacts • Portfolio with advertising creatives (mandatory) • English B1 - for content and subtitles Nice to have: Experience in beauty/medical, understanding of CPL/CTR, Snapchat Ads.

• Remote work, full-time employment. • Contract type: Service agreement / contract for services. • Schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Dubai time (GMT+4). • Salary based on test and interview results, with potential for growth as workload increases. • All subscriptions covered by the company (Adobe, Midjourney, Runway, etc.). • Parallel projects are allowed if they do not interfere with assigned tasks.
