We are looking for an experienced video editor to join the team of a growing YouTube project. This person should not just assemble videos, but be able to create content that holds attention and delivers results. Who we are looking for: We need someone who: • Works independently and doesn't require constant supervision • Edits with a focus on quality, dynamics, and viewer retention • Knows how to enhance videos through visuals, not just cutting • Finds and adds media independently: inserts, graphics, cutaways • Is responsible: meets deadlines, is always available during working hours • Is confident with YouTube trends • Proficiency with neural networks will be a big plus Workload: • 2 videos per week • Duration: 20–30 minutes
