Hiring 4x 3D Animators with strong Blender skills for long-term YouTube content creation. Requires English communication and a focus on results. Paid per video initially, with potential for monthly salary and bonuses.

Create short-form YouTube videos (1-2 minutes) focusing on bringing fictional, entertaining stories to life visually using Blender. This is a long-term commitment with a proven content system offering ongoing work for months or years.

Strong Blender skills, including custom characters, lipsync, and realistic environments. Ability to visually translate fictional, entertaining stories. Reliable English communication skills. Genuine investment in results. Must be able to deliver 4 days per video, no exceptions. NDA required. Not looking for unprofessional, inconsistent animators, or freelancers seeking one-off jobs. Non-English speakers are not considered.
