ML Engineer

ML Engineer at Dalee, a major independent digital production company in Russia. Remote. Focus on AI agents, LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and vector DBs.

Dalee is one of the largest independent digital production companies in Russia, operating since 2005, with 550+ employees. The ML engineer will join a team implementing AI solutions for company projects. Responsibilities: - Maintain current algorithmic solutions - Design and implement AI agents (LLM, GPT-like models) in various processes - Adapt and fine-tune LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, YaLM 2) for product specifics - Develop a RAG pipeline for data search and processing - Set up vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/Qdrant) and optimize caching

Knowledge of modern AI frameworks and libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) Confident Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow Practical experience with API, Docker/Kubernetes, and databases Experience implementing RAG
