Design and build services and subsystems end-to-end Architectural decisions: patterns, contracts, performance optimization Mentor middle developers Own code quality through reviews and technical strategy Work with observability and monitoring stack Coordinate across domain teams on cross-cutting concerns

4+ years commercial experience with TypeScript + Node.js Microservices design experience (gRPC, event-driven patterns) Deep React + Next.js knowledge Advanced PostgreSQL (query optimization, read replicas) Redis and message brokers (NATS/RabbitMQ/Kafka) Mentoring track record Architectural thinking: trade-offs, system-level perspective, ADRs Nice to have: Nx monorepo experience Ansible, Terraform, or other IaC iGaming or fintech domain Distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry, Tempo) Financial transaction patterns (idempotency, reconciliation)
