Middle Fullstack Developer with Python and Ext.JS experience needed for MTS Web Services in Moscow. Responsibilities include developing system requirements, working on map data display modules, and optimizing algorithms.

Participate in the development of functional requirements for the overload modeling system, radio network planning and elaboration. Work on the map data display module. Develop and support the display of various map layers with metrics (e.g., load, signal quality). Work with the functionality of establishing and elaborating technical solutions for network modernization, work with predictive models. Study processes and process current solutions, rework and optimize algorithms. Elaborate system functional requirements received from business analysts and/or business customers.

Development experience with Python for at least 3 years (version 3.7+). Experience with Django, ORM for developing the server-side of the application. Knowledge and ability to use basic Pandas, NumPy libraries. JavaScript development experience. Experience with version control systems (Git). Understanding of CI/CD processes (Docker, Kubernetes). Writing tests to ensure code quality and system functionality. Understanding of radio network principles and telecommunications basics will be an advantage. Will be a plus: ExtJS development experience, SQL knowledge, understanding of MapServer operation.
