Middle+ / Senior DevOps Engineer at Telement. Build infrastructure for a corporate messenger. Remote work. Salary: 2200-4700 USDT net.

Telement is a young tech startup developing a secure corporate messenger based on the Matrix protocol. We are looking for proactive and experienced DevOps engineers to strengthen the team. Responsibilities: - Development, support, and automation of infrastructure (CI/CD); - Management of containers (Docker) and configuration of virtual machines (QEMU/KVM); - Optimization and monitoring of databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB / MySQL); - Writing and maintaining scripts in Python and Bash; - Interaction with development teams to improve deployment and testing processes; - Ensuring high availability and fault tolerance of systems; - Participation in the design and support of scalable solutions.

Experience with Ansible for automation; Experience with Docker, container configuration; Experience with Kubernetes orchestration; Experience with GitLab CI/CD for deployment automation; Solid knowledge of GitOps approach; Knowledge of QEMU/KVM for virtualization; Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and MariaDB/MySQL; Ability to write scripts in Python and Bash; English: reading technical documentation and correspondence. Nice to have: - Experience in startups or small product teams; - Experience with infrastructure in highload conditions; - Proficiency in additional programming languages; - Experience with networks and VPN (OpenVPN, WireGuard, VLESS).
