ChangeHero is seeking a Middle+ DevOps Engineer for a full-time, remote position with occasional business trips to Minsk. The salary range is 200k-380k. The role involves infrastructure development and support, CI/CD, automation, and monitoring for a financial crypto-exchange service.

ChangeHero is an international financial service that helps people quickly exchange cryptocurrency without registration or additional knowledge of exchange operations. Currently, cryptocurrency can be used to pay for shopping, coffee, sports, movie tickets, plane tickets, and this list is constantly growing. We launched the ChangeHero service as a bridge to the modern economy, the economy of the future, hoping that cryptocurrency will become a daily tool for us and our children. To support and develop the project, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer

Main tasks: • Development and support of infrastructure, ensuring continuous operation of internal services; • Development of CI/CD solutions; • Development and optimization of application assembly and delivery; • Maintenance and development of the monitoring system; • Responding to alerts and incidents that could lead to service downtime; • Identifying system bottlenecks and resolving issues; • Automation of deployment and environment configuration using Ansible/Terraform: development/staging/production. Required knowledge and skills: • At least 2 years of experience as an administrator/DevOps; • Experience in Linux administration: Ubuntu for at least 2 years; • Experience in administration: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis; • Experience with Nginx web servers; • Process automation skills: Ansible; • Knowledge of CI/CD process building methodologies, DevOps methodology; • Knowledge of Grafana and monitoring/log collection systems: Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK; • Knowledge of Docker and docker-compose. Will be a plus: Experience with message brokers: Rabbitmq, Kafka; Experience with the HashiCorp stack: Consul, Vault, Nomad, Terraform. Experience in administration: ClickHouse, MongoDB
