We are looking for a Middle Scriptwriter to work on an ambitious interactive project. We need a master capable of breathing life into characters: if you know how to create multifaceted characters and intertwine their destinies so that players fall in love with them from the first line, we are waiting for you. What you will do: - Main focus: creating deep, "three-dimensional" characters (arcs, motivations, internal conflicts). - Developing character psychology and speech patterns, writing lively and characteristic dialogues. - Maintaining script documentation: character profiles, loglines, synopses, and flowcharts. - Working with the universe's lore through the prism of characters' personal stories. - Finding and eliminating logical errors in the plot and character behavior.

We expect from you: - Strong portfolio with a focus on character development (interactive projects, game development, or cinema). - Ability to create "non-cardboard" characters with unique speech characteristics. - Understanding of psychology and dramatic principles. - Ability to structurally communicate your ideas to the team and work according to clear technical specifications. - Specialized education (scriptwriting, dramaturgy, philology) will be an advantage.
