We are looking for a Middle Scriptwriter to work on an ambitious interactive project. We need a master capable of breathing life into characters: if you know how to create multi-faceted characters and intertwine their destinies so that players fall in love with them from the first line, we are waiting for you. What you will do: - Main focus: creating deep, "three-dimensional" characters (arcs, motivations, internal conflicts). - Developing character psychology and speech patterns, writing lively and characteristic dialogues. - Maintaining script documentation: character profiles, loglines, synopses, and flowcharts. - Working with the lore of the universe through the prism of characters' personal stories. - Finding and eliminating logical errors in the plot and character behavior.

We expect from you: - Strong portfolio with a focus on character development (interactive projects, gamedev, or film). - Skill in creating "non-flat" characters with unique speech characteristics. - Understanding of psychology and dramatic principles. - Ability to structurally communicate your ideas to the team and work according to clear technical specifications. - Specialized education (scriptwriting, dramaturgy, philology) will be an advantage.
