Middle Project Manager

Amiga is looking for a Middle Project Manager in Moscow (hybrid, mostly remote, full-time) to lead development projects, manage clients, teams, budgets, and presales. Salary not specified.

Lead projects from start to result Brief clients, manage expectations and present solutions Coordinate developers, analysts, QA and DevOps Plan schedules and team workload Manage project budgets, expenses and profitability Control document flow, payments and reporting Participate in estimation and presale preparation

Experience managing a development team of 5+ people At least 3 delivered large projects: complex services or applications, not landing pages Understanding of development processes and technical terminology: API, Git, release policies Experience with project economics or readiness to learn quickly Experience in e-commerce or mobile development will be a plus
