Middle Product Manager

Middle Product Manager for NSYS Autograding product at NSYS Group, an international IT company. Full-time office role in Belgrade, Serbia. Salary up to 1500 EUR.

Development of the NSYS Autograding product - automatic assessment of cosmetic condition of used mobile devices. - Managing roadmap and backlog, task prioritization. - Researching customer needs and analyzing device assessment criteria. - Collaborating with the development team on algorithm quality and comparison with expert evaluations. - Launching the product with new clients, running pilots, and analyzing product metrics. - Preparing requirements and supporting tasks until release. - Developing integrations of NSYS products with external partners.

Experience as Product Manager for at least 2 years, preferably in B2B. Experience managing a full-cycle product. Skills in conducting client interviews and working with data (SQL, Python, or Excel). Understanding of classification quality metrics: accuracy, precision, recall. Technical knowledge in API, integrations, and computer vision. English not lower than B2. Nice to have: - Experience with ML/CV products. - Experience in robotics or at the intersection of hardware and software. - Knowledge of the refurbished and trade-in market. - Experience with international B2B implementations and integration projects.
