Ozon Bank is looking for a Middle Product Designer for their Design System team. Focus on developing systemic solutions for various product teams, treating the design system as an internal product.

The design system at Ozon Bank is growing, and we are looking for a middle product designer for the design system team. If you are interested not just in drawing screens, but in developing systemic solutions that will be used by different product teams, then we are on the same path. For us, the design system is an internal product. It helps to make interfaces faster, more consistent, and higher quality, and also reduces the cost of changes and simplifies the lives of both designers and developers. In the role, you will: — develop components, patterns, and tokens — design new systemic solutions for real team requests — support a unified visual and UX language for products — documentation for designers and developers — work with feedback and turn requests into scalable solutions — accompany implementation and design reviews — improve the library, processes, and team approaches

What is important to me: — experience in product design and practical experience working with a design system — systemic thinking — confident work in Figma — understanding of components, states, limitations, and solution architecture — documentation experience — willingness to work in conjunction with development — attention to detail and interface quality It will be a plus: readiness to work hybrid in Moscow
