Middle Product Designer at Aviasales to design and develop the admin panel for support. Project: internal CRM for customer communication via chat. Requires experience in designing complex interfaces and a portfolio.

Design and develop the admin panel for support: interfaces, scenarios, states. Main project: internal CRM for customer communication via chat. Participate in discovery with product: problem gathering, hypothesis formation, rapid prototyping, solution validation. Conduct research with internal users (interviews, observations, usability tests) and translate findings into product improvements. Perform documentation: user scenarios, state logic, requirements for screens and components. Support implementation with development: prepare mockups, interface QA, iterate based on feedback.

Experience in designing complex interfaces: admin panels, CRMs, personal accounts, helpdesk systems, or other system products. Understanding of basic principles of website and mobile application interface design. Understanding of design system principles, preferably experience working with them. Figma is your primary tool. Ability to analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses (including user interviews and using analytics/web analytics tools). Portfolio required (we unfortunately cannot consider resumes without a portfolio).
