Middle Product Designer Back Office Support
Middle Product Designer for Back Office Support at Aviasales. Design and develop admin interfaces for support, focusing on an internal CRM. Requires experience with complex interfaces, Figma, and user research. Remote position.
— Design and develop the admin panel for support: interfaces, scenarios, states. The main project is an internal CRM for communicating with clients via chat. — Participate in discovery with the product: gathering problems, forming hypotheses, rapid prototyping, testing solutions. — Conduct research on internal users (interviews, observations, usability tests) and turn findings into product improvements. — Perform descriptive work: user scenarios, state logic, requirements for screens and components. — Accompany implementation with development: preparing mockups, interface QA, iterating based on feedback.
— Experience in designing complex interfaces: admin panels, CRMs, personal accounts, helpdesk systems, or other system products. — Understanding of the basic principles of website and mobile application interface construction. — Understanding of design system principles, preferably experience working with them. — Figma is your primary tool. — Ability to analyze information, build and test hypotheses (including user interviews and using analytics/webvisor). — Portfolio required (resumes without a portfolio will not be considered).
