Middle+ PR Manager

Agency APUM seeks Middle+ PR Manager to handle client business tasks: strategies, media plans, content, media pitching, and alternative channels. Remote, project or permanent. Salary 90,000–160,000 RUB.

We are looking for a Middle+ PR manager who delves into clients' business tasks, not just focuses on KPIs. Main tasks: - Prepare and defend strategies, media plans, content plans - Write articles/comments/research/news/press and post releases (including with AI) - Pitch materials to media and organically integrate commercial/native placements where justified - Extract the essence from briefs, write structured articles and comments of Tier-1/Tier-2 level - Evaluate real reach, citation, and impact of outputs on business tasks - Work with alternative placement channels, e.g., Telegram channels - Build interaction with government agencies, organizations, NGOs, find strategic partners

What we expect: - PR experience from 3 years, agency work or quality management of several clients in parallel as an advantage - Ability to independently write structured texts - Understand how editorial offices work so pitches don't go to spam - Have warm contacts and cold pitching skills - Ability to argue how a news hook/activity solves client's business tasks - Ability to save client's budget - Use AI, understanding that neural networks are only an auxiliary tool - Know and apply advertising law in practice - Work with Medialogia, also know how to manually collect mentions and reach - High level of self-organization in remote work - Ability to find a flexible yet confident approach to the client What we do NOT want to see: - Work in the style of 'send a release and wait for a response for months' - Fussing without purpose - Excusing lack of outputs by 'editorial busyness' or 'complex topic'
