Middle+ PR Manager

Agency APUM is looking for a Middle+ PR Manager. Salary 90,000–160,000 RUB, remote, project or permanent cooperation. Responsibilities: PR strategies, media pitching, writing articles/press releases, AI tools, media monitoring.

Responsibilities: – Prepare and defend strategies, media plans, content plans; – Write articles/comments/research/news/press and post releases (including with AI); – Pitch materials to media and organically integrate commercial/native placements where justified; – Extract essence from briefs, write structured articles and comments of Tier-1/Tier-2 level; – Evaluate real reach, citation, and impact of publications on business tasks; – Work with alternative placement channels, e.g. Telegram channels; – Build interaction with government bodies, organizations, NGOs, find strategic partners.

Requirements: – At least 3 years of PR experience, agency work or managing several clients in parallel as an advantage; – Ability to independently write structured texts; – Understand how editorial offices work so pitches don't go to spam; – Warm contacts and cold pitching skills; – Ability to argue how a news hook/activity solves client's business tasks; – Ability to save client's budget; – Use AI while understanding that neural networks are only an auxiliary tool; – Know and apply advertising law; – Work with Medialogia, also know how to manually collect mentions and reach; – High level of self-organization when remote; – Ability to find a flexible yet confident approach to the client. Not suitable: – Work style 'send a release and wait for months'; – Fuss without results; – Justifying lack of coverage by 'busy editorial offices' or 'complex topic'.

Format: remote. Employment: project or permanent (depending on tasks and cooperation format). Registration: individual entrepreneur / self-employed / civil law contract. Payment: 90,000 — 160,000 RUB (discussed individually based on interview results).
