Middle+ PR Manager at Agency APUM. Remote. Salary 90,000–160,000 RUB. Responsibilities: PR strategies, media, content, articles, pitching, Telegram channels, partner relations.

Preparing and defending strategies, media plans, content plans. Writing articles, commentary, research, news, press and post releases (including with AI). Pitching materials to media and organically integrating commercial/native placements. Extracting essence from briefs, writing structured articles and comments of Tier-1/Tier-2 level. Evaluating real reach, citation, and impact on business objectives. Working with alternative placement channels, e.g. Telegram channels. Building interaction with government bodies, organizations, NGOs, finding strategic partners.

Experience in PR from 3 years, agency work or managing several clients in parallel as an advantage. Ability to independently write structured texts. Understanding how an editorial office works so pitches don't go to spam. Warm contacts and cold pitching skills. Ability to argue how a news hook/activity solves the client's business tasks. Ability to save the client's budget. Using AI while understanding it is only an auxiliary tool. Knowledge and practical application of advertising law. Working with Medialogy, also able to manually collect mentions and reach. High level of self-organization when remote. Ability to find a flexible yet confident approach to the client. Not suitable: Working in the style of 'send a release and wait months for a response'. Fuss without purpose. Justifying lack of coverage by 'editorial offices are busy' or 'complex topic'.

Work format: remote. Employment: project-based or permanent (depending on tasks and cooperation format). Contract type: IP / SZ / GPH contract. Payment: 90,000 — 160,000 RUB (discussed individually based on interview results).
