Advertalyze, a St. Petersburg SMM agency, is looking for a Middle Performance Manager to own performance projects focused on contextual advertising, from campaign setup to strategy and reporting.

We are Advertalyze — a St. Petersburg SMM agency. We are looking for a Middle Performance Manager who will take on performance projects with a focus on contextual advertising and be responsible for results not only at the campaign setup level but also at the strategy level. Responsibilities: — Set up and manage advertising campaigns in Yandex Direct and other advertising systems — Analyze projects, audiences and advertising opportunities, form hypotheses — Plan budgets and participate in preparation of media plans and commercial proposals — Analyze results and optimize campaigns — Work with the client and the team — Be responsible for the performance part of the project: from strategy to reporting

At least 2 years of experience with Yandex Direct Experience with large advertising budgets and real cases with results Understanding of analytics and key performance metrics Ability to independently manage a project and make data-driven decisions Readiness to work with clients and present results Experience with other advertising platforms will be a big plus Candidates with agency experience and experience in real estate or e-commerce are especially welcome When applying, be sure to attach relevant cases — describe the projects you worked on, budgets, what you personally did, and results achieved
