Solway is looking for a Middle/Middle+ Python Developer for remote/hybrid work. Full-time position with a salary of 180,000 - 220,000 RUB. Responsibilities include backend development, architecture design, and database management.

We are Solway, an IT company specializing in outsourcing. We develop custom software for medium-sized businesses and large corporations, as well as recruit highly qualified specialists. We are currently looking for a qualified and professional Python developer. Your responsibilities: • Designing the architecture of server solutions: structuring business requirements, thinking through technical logic, choosing implementation approaches • Deploying and configuring server infrastructure (Linux, Docker) • Designing and maintaining databases (PostgreSQL) • Developing and supporting backend services: API, queues, background tasks • Integrating with external services (CRM, telephony, analytics, messengers) • Current business tasks: automation, reports, new features, optimization • Communication with the team and business: discussing tasks, clarifying requirements, explaining technical solutions in an understandable language

• Higher technical education • Backend development experience of 3+ years (Python — FastAPI / Django) • Architectural thinking: ability to break down a business task into technical components, think through data structure and interaction logic before writing code • PostgreSQL: design, optimization, migrations • Message queues (Redis, RabbitMQ or similar) • REST API: design, development, integration with external services • Linux, Docker, basic DevOps • Communication skills: willingness to communicate closely with analysts and business, ask questions, convey your position • Independence: ability to take a task and bring it to completion without constant supervision Will be a plus: • Experience in administering Bitrix24 (cloud and/or on-premise): business processes, REST API, webhooks, CRM setup • Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript / React) • Experience with ETL processes and analytical data warehouses • Familiarity with telephony and auto-dialing
