Middle Data Scientist (Pricing Models)

Middle Data Scientist for pricing models at Alfa-Bank. Remote. Full cycle model development, A/B tests, productization.

Participation in the smart pricing project for banking products. Full cycle of model development: data collection and preparation, exploratory analysis, building uplift models, their validation and evaluation. Planning and analysis of A/B tests, business impact assessment. Productization: containerization, integration into microservices, monitoring of prediction quality. Collaboration with business analysts, product managers, and data engineers. Preparation and conduct of demos with clients. Support and adaptation of the model to changing data and business conditions.

Middle DS with full-cycle development experience (uplift models as an advantage). Deep knowledge of mathematics and statistics. Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks. Developed critical thinking. Ability to formulate and test hypotheses. Teamwork skills and effective interaction with related specialists. Ability to present analysis results clearly, explain complex things in simple language. Ability to link technical solutions to business tasks, consider domain specifics.
