Methodologist of Online Courses for Accountants

Klerk.Ru, a leading company for accountants, seeks a Methodologist to develop and manage online courses. Remote, full-time.

Klerk is a leading company in the market of information services for accountants. We provide up-to-date training, consultations, and services for accountants in one subscription. Our users learn through courses and webinars, ask questions to experts, read exclusive articles, and use reference books and tools. We have more than 130 online courses, professional development and retraining courses for accountants, HR specialists, lawyers, and entrepreneurs. We operate under an educational license. We are expanding our methodology department and are looking for a specialist for professional development and retraining courses who will be responsible for the quality of educational content. Responsibilities: - Development and writing of course texts on topics: taxes, accounting, management accounting, 1C, inspections by regulatory authorities. - Preparing the final text for filming: creating a teleprompter for recording lessons, preparing technical specifications for designers and editors. - Working with authors and teachers: finding experts, setting tasks for writing courses, reviewing and checking authors' texts. - Developing assessment materials: creating interactive simulators, tests, writing practical tasks to test students' knowledge. - Updating content: constant monitoring of changes in legislation (Tax Code of the Russian Federation, Labor Code of the Russian Federation, FSBU, Federal Laws, etc.) and promptly making edits to existing courses. - Methodological packaging: structuring courses from simple to complex, building module logic and interconnections between topics.

- Accurate understanding of accounting and taxes - mandatory. Deep knowledge of HR accounting and the Labor Code of the Russian Federation will be an advantage. - Understanding the pains of the target audience: you know what questions chief accountants, HR specialists, and entrepreneurs have, and what educational products they really need. - Work experience of at least 5 years: as a chief accountant, tax consultant, auditor, or methodologist. - Text writing skills: the ability to write clearly, structurally, and engagingly, even about complex things (taxes, postings, reporting). - Priority to candidates: with experience in similar online schools or expert blogs, as well as experience creating courses from scratch.
