Experience with content/editorial from 1 year; understanding of the news agenda and media market; ability to write quickly and adapt texts to the Telegram format; fact-checking skills; basic skills in editing short videos; understanding of social media trends (Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, VK); literacy and sense of text style; attentiveness and speed.
