KIT is a platform for launching and developing online stores with an AI assistant. We help businesses easily open additional sales channels, and it is now especially important to make the order placement and processing as transparent and convenient as possible. What you will do: Deeply dive into the logic of sellers' work: from order acceptance to payment and delivery. Research user scenarios, identify growth points and problems in the funnel. Formulate and test product hypotheses to continuously improve key metrics. Work in a cross-functional team with development, analytics, and design.

We are looking for a colleague who: Has product management experience (middle+ level). Understands e-commerce: understands the chain from order to final delivery and customer interaction. Knows how to listen to users, see their pain points, and turn insights into working solutions. Is comfortable in a dynamic environment where speed, focus, and results are important.
