Media Sales Manager / Digital Marketing Executive, office in Nicosia, Cyprus, €1500–2800 gross + bonuses, international online advertising company.

Find and contact potential advertisers and generate high-quality leads. Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets. Suggest and test new flows based on advertisers’ needs. Grow existing accounts by finding upsell opportunities. Optimize campaigns and run A/B tests to improve results. Analyze sales and marketing data and turn it into actionable insights. Maintain relationships with current partners and find new business opportunities. Represent the company at industry events from time to time.

Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Experience in online marketing or ad sales is a big plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Confident with Excel / Google Sheets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent English, written and spoken. Already live in Cyprus and ready to work from the office in Nicosia.

Salary: €1500–2,800 gross + performance bonuses. On-site, flexible start of the day. International English-speaking team.
