Media Buying Manager at VK (Moscow)

Media Buying Manager for influencer advertising at VK, Moscow, full-time, on-site.

The team handles the full cycle of purchasing advertising placements from influencers for VK projects and partner brands. Responsibilities include: managing the full procurement cycle for influencers; selecting relevant influencers and building media plans based on goals, audience, KPIs, and budget; negotiating with bloggers, managers, and agencies; developing and maintaining partnerships with key market players; preparing commercial proposals, calculations, estimates, and budgets; controlling all stages of campaign implementation; monitoring KPI performance and taking corrective actions; participating in shoots, client meetings, and negotiations with key partners when necessary; monitoring the market and discovering new influencers, agencies, and tools.

At least 1 year of experience in influencer procurement as a media buyer, account manager, or influencer manager; deep understanding of the influencer marketing market; experience in forming and managing advertising budgets, preparing estimates, and monitoring financial metrics; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; willing to work full-time from the office; stress-resistant, able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong communication skills and polished verbal and written communication.
