Media Buyer/User Acquisition Manager at Brainsome. Remote. Salary 2500–3500 EUR gross fix + quarterly bonus. Manage Meta, TikTok, Snapchat campaigns for the U.S. market.

Managing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and Snapchat in the U.S. market. Full-cycle performance marketing: launching campaigns, testing hypotheses, analytics, reporting, and scaling to achieve KPIs. Collaborating with the creative team to test and develop effective creatives. Analyzing and optimizing sales funnels and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Monitoring and analyzing competitors. Collaborating with the team and providing recommendations for campaign improvements.

2+ years of Lead Generation experience. Experience running ads with budgets of $100K+ per month. Skills in scaling advertising campaigns. Experience launching successful campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat. Deep understanding of the U.S. advertising market, including trends, regulations, and consumer behavior. Ability to collaborate with creative teams and create briefs for testing new hypotheses. Landing page optimization and CRO principles will be a plus. English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
