Tarot Online School. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Elevating content to a new level, shaping the brand's image on social media (Instagram, cross-posting to Telegram, YouTube, VK, and Zen). • Developing and implementing a content strategy for social media (focus on Instagram), defining sales methods. • Creating sales funnels, writing copy with the expert for posts, stories, lead magnets, preparing technical knowledge for the expert and verifying it. • Preparing technical tasks for the designer and editor. • Packaging case studies based on ready-made materials. • Generating ideas that will set us apart from competitors. • Utilizing AI tools for optimizing content creation. • Analyzing strategy, analytics, and providing weekly data with recommendations for improving performance. • Checking content publication on social media.

REQUIREMENTS: • Mandatory condition – higher education in the specialty. • Successful experience in the niche. • Ability to think strategically: not just writing posts, but thinking through a content strategy that increases reach, trust, and leads. • Skill in 'packaging' expertise, case studies, and work processes into engaging content. • Proficiency in lively language, adapted for Instagram. • Understanding of Reels trends and the ability to distinguish current formats from outdated ones. • Willingness to propose sections, content plans, and ideas for social media development. • Experience using AI (for generating texts, processing photos and videos). • Responsibility, engagement, ability to quickly integrate into the project. • We consider candidates without experience; terms are discussed individually.
