Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager at an IT recruitment agency in Tbilisi, remote. Salary up to 1000 USD. Focus: lead generation for recruitment services, founder brand/social media, content, growth hypothesis testing.

Responsibilities: • Generate leads for recruitment services. • Develop founder brand and agency social media. • Create content (case studies, vacancies, expert posts). • Test growth hypotheses and marketing funnels/mixes.

Requirements: • Experience in B2B marketing, IT, recruitment, or tech products. • Understanding of LinkedIn, Telegram, outbound/inbound lead generation. • Ability to work hands-on and independently launch hypotheses. • Strong copywriting and packaging of expert content. • Understanding of funnels, leads, and marketing for sales, not just SMM. • Stack: LinkedIn (personal brand, outreach, content), Telegram marketing, email marketing/cold outreach, Notion, Google Sheets, ChatGPT/AI tools, basic analytics (Google Analytics 4, CTR, CPL, conversions), Canva/Figma/Miro at basic level. • Experience with CRM and automation tools is desirable. Not considered: • Pure SMM specialists without B2B experience. • People only from lifestyle/e-commerce. • Candidates without understanding of IT audience and sales.
