Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager for a mental health project, responsible for product marketing, funnels, launches, and analytics. Hands-on role with growth potential to Head of Marketing.

The team needs a marketer to take on product and launch marketing: build funnels, work with offers, acquisition channels and analytics, test hypotheses and find growth points. The role is hands-on: it's important not only to propose solutions but also to bring them to launch, involving an editor, designer, or contractors when needed. There is potential to grow into a Head of Marketing. Responsibilities: • Build a marketing strategy for 3–6 months: formulate goals, priorities, growth points, and key metrics. • Manage the marketing part of launches: offers, landing pages, newsletters, bots, seeding, and other mechanics. • Analyze and strengthen funnels: find losses, formulate hypotheses, and test changes. • Work with current acquisition channels and find new ways to attract audiences. • Launch marketing experiments from idea to result evaluation. • Together with the team, refine positioning and product packaging. • Evaluate campaign and launch effectiveness, manage the marketing budget. • Select contractors for specific tasks, set tasks, and control execution.
