Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager position at PuninWine, a wine & spirits company with retail, B2B, and e-commerce, based in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time, official employment, competitive salary.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take over marketing development and help connect all areas into one working system - from customer acquisition and promotion of stores to online sales growth. Main tasks: • Development and implementation of marketing strategy aligned with business goals • Planning and managing marketing budget • Attracting new customers and increasing traffic to stores and online store • Development of digital directions: PPC, SEO, SMM, email marketing and other channels • Analysis of advertising campaign effectiveness and marketing activities • Working with CRM, analytics and key marketing metrics • Development of PuninWine brand and creating marketing campaigns and promos • Development of B2B marketing and joint projects with suppliers and partners • Setting tasks and coordinating external contractors • Finding new tools and channels, testing hypotheses and optimizing what already works

Important: • 3+ years of experience in marketing • Experience in independent development and implementation of marketing strategy • Good understanding of digital tools: PPC, SEO, SMM, email marketing • Experience with analytics, CRM and marketing metrics • Understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales • Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce or hospitality will be an advantage • English for working communication • You are already in Cyprus
