Marketing Manager

Atomic Wallet is hiring a Marketing Manager in Saint Petersburg. Full-time office role covering strategy, team and contractor management, SEO, social media, and user growth for a global crypto wallet with 15M+ installs.

Atomic Wallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet with 15+ million installs and 1.5 million monthly active users. It is an international product with a profitable and sustainable business. The role owns all marketing: from organic traffic and the website to social media and partnerships. The main goal is to find working growth channels, scale them, and increase the number of active users. Responsibilities: - Build the marketing strategy and channel priorities, and defend them in front of the founders. - Manage the team and contractors: content, design, development, SEO, copywriters. Set tasks, control quality and deadlines. - Test marketing hypotheses and new formats, and quickly shut down what does not work. - Grow organic traffic: semantics, clustering, site structure, content briefs, on-page optimization. - Develop and launch new pages and landing pages for product areas, and handle their SEO packaging. - X (Twitter) and other social media: content plan, news hooks, texts in English. - Communicate with users in chats, collect feedback, and pass it to the product team.

- 3+ years in marketing / growth with measurable results (even if not in crypto). You should be able to show what exactly grew and why. - Practical SEO experience: personally collected semantics, wrote briefs, launched pages, and saw organic growth. - Experience managing a team or contractors: content, design, development. - English B2+ — content and communication with partners in English. - Analytical thinking: decisions based on data, not feelings. - Interest in Crypto / Web3 / Tech.
