GeCrypto is a licensed crypto exchange in Georgia, growing into a global fintech company. We are looking for someone to systematize existing marketing efforts and open new user acquisition channels. Key Responsibilities: - Formulating marketing plans and budgets, controlling results - Scaling current marketing channels: SEO, SMM, Google Maps, offline advertising, etc. - Testing hypotheses and launching new marketing channels - Managing content across all platforms - Building partnerships

Target Candidate: - 3+ years in marketing - Ability to launch campaigns independently, not just delegate tasks - Experience managing contractors and agencies, creating budgets and plans - Fluent English Big Plus: - Experience in crypto/fintech - Knowledge of the Georgian market and language

Conditions: - Part-time, 20 hours per week. Potential to grow to full-time CMO as the company scales - Remote, but the ability to be present in Georgia is a plus - Direct contact with founders, real influence on strategy
