PuninWine is a company in the wine & spirits sector with its own retail, B2B direction, and e-commerce. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take over marketing development and help connect all directions into one working system—from customer acquisition and store promotion to online sales growth. Main tasks: • Development and implementation of marketing strategy aligned with business goals • Planning and managing marketing budget • Attracting new customers and increasing traffic to stores and online store • Developing digital direction: PPC, SEO, SMM, email marketing, and other channels • Analyzing effectiveness of advertising campaigns and marketing activities • Working with CRM, analytics, and key marketing metrics • Developing the PuninWine brand and creating marketing campaigns and promos • Developing B2B marketing and joint projects with suppliers and partners • Setting tasks and coordinating external contractors • Finding new tools and channels, testing hypotheses, and optimizing what already works

• 3+ years of experience in marketing • Experience in independently developing and implementing marketing strategy • Good understanding of digital tools: PPC, SEO, SMM, email marketing • Experience with analytics, CRM, and marketing metrics • Understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales • Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or hospitality will be an advantage • English for work communication • You are already in Cyprus
