Marketing Graphic Designer position at a European hosting provider. Hybrid/Remote, Full-time, 5/2 schedule. Responsibilities include visual support for marketing campaigns, designing digital assets, and maintaining brand visual style. Requires 2+ years of experience and proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Visual support for marketing campaigns - Creatives development for advertising campaigns - Resizing for platform requirements Designing digital assets - Banners and visuals for performance marketing - Graphics for social media and content platforms - Website graphics (blog, illustrations) - Landing pages and promo pages (often in collaboration with UX/UI) - Edit short-form vertical videos for social media - Add visual effects, 2D animation, and motion graphics Developing and maintaining the brand’s visual style - Working with brand guidelines - Ensuring brand’s visual consistency

2+ years of experience in graphic design Figma; strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools Confident use of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro Basic knowledge of After Effects Expressions Basic experience with Figma Motion / Lottie Experience using key After Effects scripts and plugins Experience working with video assets for Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms Knowledge of AI tools Branding: ability to develop and maintain visual brand consistency across all design assets Illustration: strong illustration skills, including the creation and preparation of illustrations for web and digital products Nice to have: Understanding of UX/UI principles Ability to analyze visual solutions based on results and performance Experience working with templates and design systems Experience working with HubSpot
