Conduct Customer Development with current, potential, and churned clients, draw conclusions and build CJM Find insights and turn them into strong offers Create websites, landings, and landing pages Write sales copy, email newsletters, video scripts, and SEO articles Create meanings and texts, then manage designers, markup developers, and developers Manage the full cycle: cust dev hypothesis solution text design layout launch testing analytics refinement
