MDI Group builds club cottage villages and business/premium class houses in the Moscow region. One of the projects is KP 'Eli Estate'. Responsibilities: — Conduct customer development with current, potential, and lost customers; — Build CJM and find customer insights; — Turn insights into strong offers; — Create websites, landing pages, and lead pages; — Write sales copy, email newsletters, video scripts, and SEO articles; — Create meanings and texts, assign tasks to designers, coders, and developers; — Manage the full project cycle: from cust dev and hypothesis to launch, analytics, and further optimization.

Deep understanding of marketing, meanings, and packaging; Ability to influence conversion and business results through content and packaging; Independence in managing projects; Experience interacting with designers, developers, and other specialists; Good taste, attention to quality, and continuous development.

Work only at the employer's location, no remote format; Schedule 5/2; Salary from 250,000 RUB with no set ceiling.
