Project — "Vyezdy" for entrepreneurs: a closed offline format with high ticket price, where we teach how to turn content into a flow of leads and a strong personal brand. Task — warm up the blog for the launch of a new product (150,000 subscribers, story views 4500). Format is hybrid: filming on set in Moscow + work from home. Responsibilities: - Write scripts for stories 3-4 times a week - Write Reels storytelling (essentially stories in Reels format) 2-3 times a week - Independently shoot, design, and edit stories - Go to separate shoots in Moscow: prepare a plan, shoot on phone, and capture live moments - Hand over materials and clear technical specs to the Reels editor - Propose ideas, content plan, and publication volume according to project tasks, coordinate with the team - Analyze reach, watch-through, reactions, clicks, leads, and sales. Analyze what works and what doesn't and what to change - Conduct customer development and study the audience to find topics and wording that resonate

You can build a story chain that is interesting to follow: from the first frame to the action you lead the viewer to. You can shoot on a phone: compose the frame, work with light, and record clean sound. You feel rhythm and dramaturgy, write in a lively language without bureaucracy or "content for content's sake". You think in hypotheses: notice where the audience loses interest, find the reason, and suggest what to try. You propose ideas yourself and react quickly to what's happening, not waiting for assignments for each story. You live in Moscow and are ready to go to agreed shoots. We need a lively, proactive person who enjoys creating content hands-on, analyzing results, and influencing project growth.

Payment at start — 180,000-200,000 RUB, after adaptation 240,000 RUB, we are also ready to consider a percentage. We are looking for a scriptwriter for the long term, planning cooperation from 1 year, not for one-time launches.
