Managing Director for Finance / CFO

Managing Director for Finance / CFO at a large medical company in Kazakhstan. Responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, liquidity management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement the company's financial strategy for 3-5 years. Form the company's financial model and long-term forecast of key indicators. Lead the processes of formation and execution of the consolidated budget: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow. Manage liquidity, capital, financial stability, and profitability of the business. Control compliance with prudential norms and requirements of the ARDFM/National Bank of Kazakhstan.

15-17 years of experience in finance, significant experience in leadership positions. Experience in large business, preferably in insurance, financial sector, medical insurance, or related fields. Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, liquidity management, capital, and profitability. Experience with IFRS, including IFRS 17, financial reporting, and financial modeling. Knowledge of prudential regulation principles and requirements of the ARDFM/National Bank of Kazakhstan.
