D’AMO Floral Atelier in Barcelona seeks a manager with a focus on sales to organize daily operations, coordinate team, and drive sales growth.

D’AMO is an authorial floral atelier: bouquets, weddings, events, space decoration, and floral workshops. We are looking for a manager who can organize daily business operations, coordinate the team, and personally develop sales—from the first client inquiry to payment and order fulfillment. Key responsibilities: - Organizing store operations: team, schedules, purchasing, stock, service quality, order delivery - Handling incoming inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, and website, consulting customers in the atelier - Preparing proposals, handling objections, accompanying clients to payment - Controlling sales of bouquets, workshops, wedding decoration, events, and corporate services - Coordinating projects: cost calculation with florists, resource planning, deadline control, installation and execution - Developing relationships with regular clients, wedding planners, venues, hotels, and companies - Interacting with the marketer: feedback on inquiries, current offers, and monitoring promotion results - Accounting for sales, expenses, and write-offs, providing clear reports to the owner

Practical experience managing a store, studio, or service business—preferably in the floral industry. Experience with weddings, events, or event decoration is a significant advantage. Strong personal sales skills: ability to identify needs, present products, justify costs, and close deals. Ability to quickly get involved, set priorities, and establish clear processes. Experience coordinating a team, contractors, and multiple orders simultaneously. Understanding of business economics: cost, margins, purchasing, and cost control. Confident Spanish (B1) for communication with clients and partners. Russian and English are an advantage. Organization, independence, attention to detail, and a sense of aesthetics.

Work in Barcelona, direct interaction with the owner, and the ability to influence the atelier's development. Fixed payment and bonus for agreed results. Schedule, compensation, and terms are discussed at the interview.
