Managing a food manufacturing enterprise; Improving technological processes and product quality; Achieving target indicators and effective cost management; Executing plans; Controlling budget execution and material resources in accordance with legislation and company policies; Developing a motivation system to increase staff engagement and productivity; Reorganizing, staffing, and developing the management team; Ensuring product quality and customer service targets; Developing and implementing measures to increase labor productivity and efficiency; Achieving targets for shipment schedule, product returns, and reducing packaging costs; Enforcing industrial safety and labor protection norms; Interacting with local authorities and regulatory bodies.

Higher education; Management experience: 5+ years in positions of Operations Director or General Director; Experience in food manufacturing companies (perishable products preferred); Experience managing a team of 200+ people; Experience working at production sites with distribution centers is an advantage; Experience in an international company is an advantage; Experience in launching and commissioning is highly welcomed.
