LGEG is looking for a manager for the 2+ program, an English-language educational direction for children aged 2 to 7. The role involves taking charge of product development, class quality, and team coordination, as well as confidently interacting with parents, children, and teachers. Responsibilities: • Communication with parents and children, including resolving difficult situations and supporting adaptation • Monitoring teachers' work and class quality • Organizing events for children and parents • Keeping records of payments, invoices, and financial indicators of the direction • Program development: refining content, introducing new formats, collecting and analyzing feedback • Participating in shifts and helping children with behavior, well-being, and adaptation
