Director of Product

Seeking a Product Director to create an educational campus and corporate university on Novaya Riga. Launch first programs by summer 2027.

We are looking for a Product Director at the TOP Academy who will create a place people will come to. A suburban project on Novaya Riga — 9 hectares of forest and 12,000 sq m of premises. In summer, there will be an educational camp; nine months a year — a corporate university and MICE hotel for external companies.
