Remote part-time manager for responding to and chatting with clients on Profi.ru and Avito. Salary 10,000 RUB/month. No sales calls needed.

Responsibilities: - Periodically check Profi.ru and Avito - Review new suitable requests - Quickly respond using a ready-made algorithm - Conduct text-only correspondence with clients - Use ready-made templates and AI to prepare responses - If a client needs a call, forward it to the employer No need to sell by phone, make calls, or conduct consultations.

Suitable candidate: - Writes well in Russian - Attentive and doesn't lose messages - Follows instructions - Familiar with ChatGPT or other AI services, or willing to learn quickly - Comfortable using apps and websites - Can check new requests several times during the shift - Responsible and reliable - Has self-employed status or is ready to register as self-employed

Schedule: part-time, shifts from 7:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 22:00. Not required to be online continuously. Payment: 10,000 RUB per month. Fully remote. Can work from phone, tablet, or computer. Training, instructions, response templates, and AI usage guidance provided.
