Manager for remote work at Finnish resort company Sonka

Remote customer support manager for Sonka resort company in Finland; communicates with guests in English, manages bookings. Salary from €450/month.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with foreign guests via email and booking platforms: answering questions and processing requests. - Create, update, and adjust reservations using Moder, Booking.com, Airbnb, and other platforms. - Coordinate with the on-site team and ensure guest issues are resolved.

Requirements: - English level of at least B2. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Reliability, responsibility, and ability to work independently. - Stress tolerance and quick resolution of non-standard problems. - Confident computer skills. - Knowledge of booking platforms is a plus. - Willingness to work during the New Year holidays.

Working schedule (Finnish time): - Monday–Friday: 17:00–22:00 - Saturday–Sunday: 14:00–22:00 - Shift work, 2/2 or 3/3 (discussed at hiring). - May include weekends and holidays. Conditions: - Remote work. - Salary in euros, from €450 and above. - Foreign bank card is mandatory!
