Terms: contract, flexible schedule, 10% commission per contract, 5-7% for one-time tasks. Plan: 1-3 contracts in the first month. Requires sales experience.

Work with small and medium businesses: medical clinics, construction, trade, IT, sellers.Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming messages and calls from Avito- Identify client needs and select suitable services- Close contracts- Transfer clients to the team- Record statuses and communication in CRM

- Sales experience (preferably in services: accounting, taxes, legal, consulting)- Ability to work with incoming traffic- Independence and discipline- Good communication and writing skills- Result-oriented, not process-orientedImportant: We do not consider candidates without sales experience. Suitable for those who can earn on commission and want a stable flow of inquiries.
