Manager / Executive Director

Executive Director / Manager needed for an exchange business. Responsibilities include managing operations, scaling strategies, negotiating with partners, team management, and market analysis. Requires 5+ years of experience, deep understanding of crypto brokers and exchange platforms, and international standards. Remote work, full-time, 5/2 schedule.

Management of operational activities of an exchange business, including compliance with international standards and rules. Development and implementation of business scaling strategies. Negotiating with partners and clients to expand business. Team management, including recruitment, training, and motivation of staff. Market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. Preparation of performance reports and improvement suggestions.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Deep understanding of crypto brokers and exchange platforms. Knowledge of international standards and rules in the field of crypto exchange. Experience in personnel management and negotiations. Ability to think strategically and develop effective business strategies. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Location not in Russia.

Remote work from any country. Schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time. Vacation: 28 calendar days. Business trips.
