Russian Math School (RMS) seeks an Academic Director for an online school for children aged 6-15. Remote, flexible schedule, salary from 150,000 RUB.

Russian Math School (RMS) is an online school for children aged 6-15, operating since 2019. The school has about 20 courses, with over 800 children from 20 countries currently studying. Responsibilities include: planning and organizing the educational process, preparing schedules and course descriptions, monitoring and checking programs; evaluating and improving entrance testing and student level distribution; analyzing attendance, engagement, homework completion, student progress, academic results, and reasons for dropouts; conducting meetings with methodologists and teachers, setting tasks and monitoring their completion; leading the development of new courses and educational products, and controlling their quality.

Remote work, flexible schedule. Time zone - Moscow +/-2 hours. Salary - from 150,000 RUB.
