Manager/Executive Director

Remote full-time Manager/Executive Director for a crypto exchange business. Requires 5+ years of experience, deep understanding of crypto brokers and exchange platforms, international standards, team management, and negotiation skills. Location not in Russia.

Manage operational activities of a crypto exchange business, including compliance with international work standards and rules. Develop and implement business scaling strategies. Negotiate with partners and clients to expand business. Manage the team, including recruitment, training, and motivation of personnel. Analyze the market and competitive environment to identify new opportunities. Prepare performance reports and improvement proposals.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Deep understanding of crypto brokers and exchange platforms. Knowledge of international standards and rules in crypto exchange. Experience in personnel management and negotiations. Ability to think strategically and develop effective business strategies. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Location not in Russia.

Remote work from any country. Schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time. Vacation: 28 calendar days. Business trips.
